New Oliver Gal specialty division focuses on designers and in-line furniture stores

MIAMI — Wall art company Oliver Gal is expanding its brand by launching a specialty division that focuses on the needs of designers, design houses and full-line furniture stores.

Oliver Gal Specialty said it will provide “elevated and unconventional art” as well as curation services and will create a national sales team to attend to those customized presentations.

“As a veteran in the e-commerce space with luxury products carried by such entities as Restoration Hardware to Neiman’s, we recognized a need within the category for our team to offer curation services to specialty markets and predominantly designer showrooms across the U.S.,” said CEO and company co-founder Ana Sanchez Gal.

Todd Skorupski, Oliver Gal’s sales and art director, will take on a sales and product-driven, business development role servicing a specialized vertical.  His responsibilities will involve overseeing marketing efforts including a new stand-alone website, trade show presence and related sales and bespoke product development and curation initiatives for the wholesale marketplace.

The new division will be present at High Point Market in October, along with educational events, such as a presentation entitled “In Style and On The Money – Start with Art” by creative officer and company co-founder Lola Sanchez and Courtney Porter on Saturday, Oct.14, at 2 pm. at The Point on Commerce Avenue.
